About Us
Our Story
From the early beginnings in 1982 to now, the Kobler Family has had a passion for elegant wines from the Russian River Valley. In 2010, Kobler Estate Winery released their first Pinot Noir. In 2012, Michael Kobler's eldest son Brian, became the winemaker for Kobler Estate Winery, run by Michael's second son, Mike.
Our Vineyard
In 1996, Michael Kobler, his brother Otto Kobler, and their wives Debbie and Barbara, planted four and a half acres of Syrah, in the heart of the Green Valley of the Russian River Valley. Later adding a half an acre of Viognier, Michael and Otto wanted to become a premium producer of Rhône varietals.
Our Wines
Since 2010, Kobler Estate Winery has strived to share our passion for winemaking and of the Russian River Valley. Beginning with the our estate Syrah fruit, we've expanded to producing 90+ point Rosé's, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, sourced from well known Grand Cru Russian River Valley vineyards such as Bacigalupi Vineyards.
